Terms and Conditions for the FIFA World Cup 2026 Tickets Giveaway

1. General Conditions
By participating in the competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions and confirm that you have taken note of Prematch’s privacy policy

Participation in this competition is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. By entering the competition, the participant acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
The closing date for entries is March 20, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Participation is open only to natural persons aged 16 years or older who are resident in Germany (“participants”). Clubs as well as automated competition services are not eligible to participate. Employees of PREMATCH Sports GmbH and affiliated companies, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. If a participant has limited legal capacity, participation requires the consent of a legal guardian. Multiple entries are not permitted.
2. Process & Prize
To participate in the giveaway, participants must provide all required information via the Typeform form during the promotional period from 14 March 2026 to 20 March 2026.
Prize
1x two tickets for a FIFA World Cup 2026 group stage match.
Prematch will award one set of two tickets for a FIFA World Cup 2026 group stage match. Participants may indicate a preferred match when submitting their information. Prematch will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such preference; however, Prematch cannot guarantee that tickets for the requested match will be available.
If the provision of match tickets is not possible, Prematch reserves the right to provide the winner with an alternative cash prize of £500.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prematch reserves the right to offer additional prizes and to amend the giveaway terms where there are legitimate reasons for doing so.
The winner will be determined within seven (7) days after the end of the participation period.
The winner will receive a WhatsApp message.
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the notification or fails to provide the information required to process the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In such case, Prematch reserves the right to select another participant as the winner.
3. Data Protection Information
1. Responsibility for Data Collection and Processing
Prematch collects and processes your data as the responsible controller within the meaning of the GDPR.
2. Processed Data and Purpose of Processing
Prematch collects and processes your data for the purpose of properly organizing and conducting the competition, including notifying the winner and delivering the prize.
For this purpose, Prematch processes the following personal data:
First and last name
Mobile phone number
Photo or video material, if applicable
The processing of this data is based on Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Without this data, the competition cannot be conducted.
3. Publication in the Event of a Win
In the event of winning, the winner agrees that their first and last name (first name abbreviated to the first letter) and, if applicable, moving image material may be published as part of the campaign (e.g. in the app, on the website, on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok). The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. This consent can be revoked at any time. Revocation must be submitted in writing to hello@prematchapp.de.
4. Data Sharing
Prematch will only share personal data with third parties insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the competition (e.g. shipping service providers). Any further use or disclosure will not take place without explicit consent.
This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Sports Direct.
5. Duration of Data Storage
Prematch stores personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the execution and processing of the competition. After completion of the competition and distribution of the prizes, the data will generally be deleted after one year, unless statutory retention obligations or official requirements require longer storage.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). In addition, there is a right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

4. Limitation of Liability
Prematch will be released from all obligations upon dispatch of the prize, unless an earlier point in time results from these terms and conditions.
Prematch is liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of culpable injury to life, body, or health, or where liability is mandatory under statutory law, in particular under the Product Liability Act.
In cases of simple negligence, Prematch is liable only for damages resulting from the breach of a material contractual obligation (so-called cardinal obligation) and only for the typical, foreseeable damage.
Prematch is not liable for material or legal defects of the prizes offered. Prematch is also not liable for the insolvency of cooperation partners or any resulting consequences for the execution of the competition.
5. Early Termination and Amendments
Prematch reserves the right to cancel, terminate early, or modify the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons, in particular if circumstances arise that disrupt or prevent the planned course of the competition, or if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
Prematch also reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of these terms and conditions. This applies in particular in cases of attempted manipulation or if there is suspicion that the participant has used unauthorized means.
6. Legal Recourse
Legal recourse is excluded.
The competition is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic intent of the invalid provision.
This competition is not associated with Amazon and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by Amazon in any way. Each participant fully releases Amazon from any claims arising from participation in the competition.
