Competition Terms & Conditions

Prematch World Cup Prediction – £100 Amazon Voucher

1. Organiser

This competition is run by:

2. How to Enter

To enter, submit your score prediction for England World Cup Games via the Prematch app during the promotional window:

17 June 2026 - 19. July 2026

Only one entry per game per person is permitted. Entries submitted outside this window will not be considered. Participants must be of the age of 18 years or older.

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Germany. The following are excluded from participation:

Employees of PREMATCH Sports GmbH and affiliated companies, and their relatives
Automated or bot-assisted entries

If you have limited legal capacity, a legal guardian's consent is required.

4. Prize

£100 Amazon voucher

The winner will be selected after the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or paid out as cash. Prematch reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be drawn from all valid entries after the World Cup concludes (19. July 2026). Winners will be notified via:

Email — if a registered email address is on file
Push notification and in-app message — for all other registered users

Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified. If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected.

6. Data Protection

Prematch collects and processes your personal data solely for the purpose of running this competition — including winner selection and prize delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Data processed includes: name, email address, and/or phone number where provided.

Your data will be deleted within one year of the competition closing, unless legal retention requirements apply. You can exercise your rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) at any time by emailing hello@prematchapp.de.

The responsible supervisory authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf.

7. Liability

Prematch's liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, or where mandatory statutory liability applies (e.g. injury to life, body, or health). In cases of simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising from breach of a material contractual obligation.

8. General

Prematch reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this competition at any time if technical, legal, or other circumstances prevent its proper execution. Participants who violate these terms may be disqualified.

This competition is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
