Terms and Conditions of Giveaway 22/10 (Prematch Predictor)

1. General conditions

By taking part in the Prematch Predictor, you agree to these terms and conditions and confirm that you have read the Prematch Privacy Policy.

PREMATCH Sports Ltd., 27 Corsham Street, London, N1 6DR, United Kingdom (“Prematch”) runs the Prematch Predictor (the “Promotion”) in the Prematch app. The Promotion runs from Thursday 22 October 2026 to Sunday 29 November 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). The prize is provided by Prematch, and Prematch is the sole organiser. Participation is subject only to these terms and conditions, which participants accept by taking part.

The Promotion is open only to natural persons aged 18 or older who live in the United Kingdom (“Participants”). Participants must have a Prematch account and be a member of a team in the Prematch app. Clubs and automated entry services cannot take part. Employees of PREMATCH Sports Ltd. and its affiliated companies (including PREMATCH Sports GmbH), and their relatives, cannot take part. Each person may take part with one Prematch account only.

The Promotion is offered through an in-app message in the Prematch app. Only users who receive this in-app message can take part. Taking part is free, and no purchase or subscription is needed.

2. How to take part

The Promotion has six weekly rounds. Each round covers matches played from Friday to Sunday, starting with 23–25 October and ending with 27–29 November 2026.

Predict. In each round, Participants predict the result of their own team’s next match, as shown in the Prematch app: win, draw or loss. Predictions are made in the Prematch app and lock at kick-off. A prediction cannot be changed once it has been locked in.

Score. A correct prediction earns 3 points. An incorrect prediction, or no prediction, earns 0 points.

Results. Points are based on the match result as recorded in the Prematch app on the Monday after the round. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or has no result recorded by then, that round is void for the Participant and does not count for or against them.

No match. If a Participant’s team has no match in a round, the Participant scores 0 points for that round but stays in the Promotion.

Participants can join at any round until the last round closes. Points from rounds before a Participant joined count as 0.

3. Leaderboard, prize draw and prize

Every Monday during the Promotional Period, Participants can see their points, their ranking as a percentage of all UK Participants (for example “Top 18%”), and whether they are currently in the prize draw zone. The leaderboard is updated weekly and is for information only until the final round.

Prize draw zone: after round six, every Participant whose total points place them in the top 25% of all UK Participants enters the prize draw. Participants tied on points at the cut-off are all included.

One winner will be chosen at random from the eligible Participants. Each eligible Participant has an equal chance of winning. The draw is made by Prematch using a random, reproducible method, and 5 to 10 reserve winners are drawn at the same time. A written record of the draw is kept.

The prize is £1,000 for the winner’s team. It is paid to the team and not to the winner personally. The team is the one linked to the winner’s Prematch profile at the time of the draw.

To receive the prize, the winner must give Prematch the contact details of a team official, such as the coach, team manager, club secretary or treasurer, within 14 days of being contacted by email. The prize will not be paid to the winner personally. Prematch will contact that official to confirm the team and to collect the bank details of an account held in the name of the team or club. Prematch will then pay the £1,000 to that account by bank transfer within 30 days of receiving complete details.

The prize cannot be paid to a personal account, transferred to another team, or exchanged for any other benefit.

If the winner does not respond within the 14 days, or does not meet these terms, the prize passes to the next reserve.

4. Winner announcement and claiming the prize

The winner will be announced in the Prematch app on Thursday 3 December 2026. Before the winner is announced, Prematch checks that they meet these terms, including the age requirement.

The announcement shows the winner’s first name and last initial, their team name and team badge. By taking part, Participants agree to this if they win.

The winner will be contacted through the Prematch app and/or by email and asked to name a team official, as set out in section 3, within 14 days. If the winner does not claim the prize in time, cannot be contacted, or does not meet these terms, the prize passes to the next reserve in the order drawn.

Prematch will confirm the payment to the winner and the team official once it has been made. Prematch may ask for reasonable proof of identity, age and team membership before handing over the prize.

5. Data protection information

5.1 Responsibility

Prematch is the controller of your personal data processed for this Promotion, under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

5.2 Data processed and purpose

We only process data linked to the Prematch account you use to take part:

• your Prematch user ID

• your first name

• your last initial

• your age

• your phone number

• your email address

• bank details

• your team, its badge and its matches, including kick-off times and results recorded in the Prematch app

• your predictions, the date and time you made them, your points and your leaderboard ranking

For the winner and reserves only, we also process the contact details of the team official they name and the team’s or club’s bank details, to confirm the team and pay the prize.

We use this data only to run the Promotion: to record predictions, calculate points and rankings, check eligibility, make the draw, announce the winner and deliver the prize. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR, as the processing is necessary to run the Promotion you chose to take part in.

5.3 Data sharing

Prematch does not share your data with third parties for marketing, and taking part does not sign you up to any newsletter or marketing communications. Service providers acting for Prematch and under its instructions, such as the platform used to deliver in-app messages, may process your data only to operate the Promotion. Prematch may disclose data where the law requires it.

5.4 Data retention

Prediction and leaderboard data will be deleted within three (3) months of the end of the Promotional Period, once the prize has been delivered, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

5.5 Your rights

You have the right to access your data (Article 15 UK GDPR) and to ask for it to be corrected (Article 16), deleted (Article 17) or restricted (Article 18). You also have the right to data portability (Article 20) and to object to processing (Article 21). To use any of these rights, email hello@prematchapp.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

6. Limitation of liability

Once the prize has been paid to the winner’s team, Prematch has no further obligations about the prize, unless these terms say otherwise.

Prematch is not liable if a Participant cannot take part, or a prediction is not recorded, because of technical problems outside its reasonable control. This includes network, device or app-store issues, or match data that is missing or wrong in the Prematch app.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes Prematch’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.

7. Additional rules, changes and miscellaneous

Prematch may check entries and exclude Participants, or withhold or reclaim a prize, where there are reasonable grounds to believe they have broken these terms. This includes using more than one account, automated tools or unauthorised aids, changing team details to gain an advantage, or any other attempt to manipulate predictions, results or the leaderboard.

Prematch may end or cancel the Promotion early, without notice, if it cannot run as planned for reasons outside its control, such as technical problems, fraud or a change in the law. In that case Prematch will, where reasonably possible, make the draw from the leaderboard as it stands at that time.

Prematch may change these terms if necessary, particularly for technical or legal reasons. Changes will not affect points already scored or a prize already awarded.

This Promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in effect.

This Promotion is run solely by Prematch. Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. and TikTok do not sponsor it and are not involved in it in any way. The Prematch General Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.
