Terms and Conditions of Participation Manscaped Giveaway 08/25

1. General Conditions

By participating in the competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions and confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy of Prematch [https://www.prematchapp.de/data-privacy-en].

PREMATCH Sports Ltd., John St. 10, London, United Kingdom hereinafter referred to as "Prematch"), is organising a giveaway within the promotional period from 29/08/2025 8am to 26/09/2025, 8pm. The prize is provided by Partner Manscaped™, 10054 Old Grove Road, San Diego, CA 92131-1647, United States (hereinafter referred to as "Partner"). The organiser of the giveaway is solely Prematch. Participation in this giveaway is exclusively subject to these terms and conditions. By entering the giveaway, participants accept these terms and conditions. The participation deadline is 26/09/2025, 8pm.

Only natural persons aged 16 or older residing in England are eligible to participate (hereinafter referred to as "Participant" or "Participants"). Clubs and automated giveaway services are not eligible. Employees of PREMATCH Sports GmbH, the giveaway partner Partner Manscaped™, and affiliated companies, as well as their relatives, are not eligible to participate. If a participant has limited legal capacity, their participation requires the consent of a legal representative. Multiple entries are not allowed.

2. Procedure & Prize

To successfully participate in the giveaway, participants must complete the participation form and follow Manscaped™.

The giveaway prize consists of 20x Boxes with 20x Crop Preserver® and 2x The Lawn Mower® and then 20x The Lawn Mower® and will be awarded to a single participant only. Exchange, transfer, or cash payment of the prize is excluded. Prematch reserves the right to offer additional prizes.

The winner will be determined within 28 days. The winner will be drawn randomly. The winner will be contacted via WhatsApp. If Prematch does not receive all required information for prize allocation within 48 hours after sending the WhatsApp message and after two reminders, the prize will be forfeited, and Prematch is free to select another participant.

Participation in the giveaway requires the provision of your personal data for advertising purposes. There may be follow-up costs for claiming the prize. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.

Prematch explicitly reserves the right to terminate or cancel the giveaway without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies particularly if circumstances prevent a proper execution of the giveaway due to technical reasons (e.g., viruses, manipulation, or errors in hardware/software) or legal reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.

3. Data Protection Information

Prematch collects and processes your data as the responsible entity in accordance with the GDPR.

2. Processed Data and Purpose of Processing

Prematch collects and processes your data for the proper handling and execution of the giveaway, including the distribution of prizes.

For this purpose, Prematch processes the following personal data:

• First name

• Team name

• Contact details (phone number and email)

• Personal adresses

• Team instagram handles

• Questions about personal habits and team members

Processing this data is necessary for the fulfilment of the giveaway contract and is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Without this data, we cannot execute the giveaway or send the prizes.

3. Prize Notification

In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of their first and last name, team name, and photo/video on Prematch's and Partner Manscaped™ platforms, including the Prematch app, website, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok) in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

The winner can withdraw their consent at any time by sending an email to hello@prematchapp.uk.

4. Data Sharing

By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees that their personal data (first and last name, team name, answers to preference questions, phone number, and email address) may be shared with Partner Manscaped™ for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and sending the prize.

By entering the giveaway, the participant automatically subscribes to the newsletter of Prematch's partners and agrees to be contacted via WhatsApp for advertising purposes by Partner Manscaped™, 10054 Old Grove Road, San Diego, CA 92131-1647, United States.

For this purpose, Prematch will share the participant's email address and phone number with the above-mentioned partners.

Participants can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time using the unsubscribe link in the emails.

They can also withdraw WhatsApp contact for advertising purposes by sending an email to hello@prematchapp.uk.

In certain cases, particularly for transfers to other European countries, additional data collection and retention may be legally required. Prematch will comply with legal obligations but will not process or share the data beyond what is necessary and will delete it at the earliest possible date.

5. Data Retention Period

Prematch retains the collected data only as long as necessary for fulfilling the purpose. After the giveaway ends and the prizes are sent, Prematch will generally delete the data after one year, unless further retention is required for prize notification or due to legal obligations.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Participants have the right to request information about their stored data (Article 15 GDPR), as well as to request correction (Article 16 GDPR), deletion (Article 17 GDPR), or restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR).

Participants also have the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR) and can withdraw consent at any time (Article 7(3) GDPR).

Objections to data processing can be submitted based on Article 21 GDPR.

4. Limitation of Liability

Prematch and the partner are released from all obligations upon the delivery of the prize, unless otherwise stated in these terms.

Prematch is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

This limitation of liability does not apply to injuries to life, body, or health.

For minor negligence, Prematch is only liable under legally required conditions, and liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

Prematch assumes no liability for material or legal defects in the prizes.

Prematch is not liable for insolvency of a cooperation partner or resulting consequences.

5. Additional Rules, Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous

Prematch reserves the right to exclude participants if there are justified reasons, such as violations of the terms, use of unauthorised aids, or manipulation attempts. Exclusions can occur even if suspicions alone exist. In such cases, Prematch may revoke previously granted prizes.

Prematch reserves the right to modify these terms in case of significant changes, particularly if required for technical reasons.

The giveaway is governed exclusively by the law of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the rest remain unaffected.

This giveaway is not affiliated with Meta or TikTok and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organised by them.

Participants fully release Meta and TikTok from any claims arising from participation.
